Meet the team

Elly Montgomery

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is getting to meet so many different people. Our client’s requirements can often vary enormously so it’s important to be able to offer real flexibility and an open approach to building solutions that work for all parties, it’s certainly something at Silvertap I feel we do very well at. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends and can often be seen sporting a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Lauren Guise-Smith

I have worked at Silvertap for the past 3 years and during this time I have moved up the ranks from account executive to the senior account manager of the team. I thoroughly enjoy working within this role and having the freedom to use my own initiative and creativity to drive our online accounts forward. Affiliate marketing is such a niche industry to work in and it's exciting to be part of an ever growing and maturing environment.

My great passion outside of work is art and textiles and combining both of these interests into making various items to sell at craft fairs and give as presents. I also enjoy socialising with my friends and spending lots of time with my family as well as watching a good film or two and having a gripping DVD box set to enjoy.

Lauren Doyle

Hi I'm Lauren I work in the Client Services Team. I love the fact that each day is so varied and the landscape is ever changing. We have a fantastic team at Silvertap and as you would expect we all work and play hard, so be sure to keep an eye out for me at the next event. Outside of work I like socialising with friends and family, summer holidays, Nando's, keeping fit and playing netball for a regional club called Thoroughbreds.

Daniel Harrold

As the junior graphic designer I am fairly new to the Silvertap team, however working with a great bunch of people has made me feel as though I've known them for years! In this role I have the opportunity to express my creative side and am hoping to continue to refine this in the future within this great company!

Outside of work I enjoy socialising with my friends, drawing and going to the cinema but recently I have had to take on another full time job as a dad for the arrival of my baby daughter.

Alicia Calver

Hi I'm Alicia and I'm the baby of the team!

I have a real passion for all things online and love working in an environment where you continue to learn on a daily basis. We are all given the opportunity to unlock and explore new ideas and it's very rewarding to see our clients benefit from the hard work that's put in.

I also manage the office tuck shop due to the continual hoarding of sweets, crisps and other snacks on my desk! In my spare time, I dance and perform with Knightshift Dance Company (look out for our next show) and enjoy eating out, particularly at a nice curry house or a Nando's!

Sarah Jones

Hi I'm Sarah and I'm the newest member of the Silvertap team. One of the things I enjoy most about our environment is that there is a real team mentality and everyone has a 'can do' approach.

I'm a serial organiser so I'm the one that will generally arrange and book company/client events as well as staff nights out. This transcends to out of work as well as I'm always organising holidays, weekends away and general nights out for my friends. I love to socialise and make sure that I make the most of my weekends to do so!
